3.1 Real Estate Transaction Processing Services

We facilitate document review, title verification, and coordination with relevant authorities to ensure smooth transactions. Each engagement is tailored to your needs.

3.2 Information Products

We provide digital guides, training modules, and procedural templates related to transaction workflows. Access is granted instantly upon purchase.

3.3 Goods

Physical materials such as printed checklists, binding covers, and document kits are available for order and delivery.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We aim for full client satisfaction. The following terms apply based on the type of purchase.

4.1 Services

If we fail to deliver agreed services within the confirmed schedule, you may request a refund up to 14 days after the scheduled completion date. To request, submit your details via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may reschedule service appointments at least 3 business days before the original date without any fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 business days in advance may incur a rescheduling fee equal to 10% of the service fee. Once work commences, services are non-refundable as resources are allocated and commenced upon confirmation.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products may be refunded if you request within 7 days of purchase and have accessed less than 30% of the content. To initiate a refund, contact us via the contact form. Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. No option to reschedule applies to information products.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. For returns due to defects, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You may interaction non-custom goods within 30 days of delivery. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable once produced, due to their bespoke nature.

5. No Refund Justification

Certain services and custom products require dedicated resources, specialist labor, and tailored planning. Once such work begins or customization is underway, refunds are not possible due to the allocation of unique materials and time.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Varislen services after revisions constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
